BANNER SPECIFICATIONS

Recommended File Size: 7.5 KBytes

Maximum File Size (for animated banners): 25 Kbytes

Preferred File Type: GIF, GIF89A

Animated Banners: No restrictions on looping

• The maximum click through URL is 256 characters.

• Dev One Stop does not accept any banner types that require the user to have a plug-in for the ad to be displayed.

• Banners with sound will not be accepted at this time.

• In the event that an ad banner serves cookies, the issuance of the cookie or other similar certificate must not interfere in any way with the serving of ad banner graphics or text. This includes cases where the end-user refuses the cookies or certificates either automatically or manually.

Other Design Considerations

Most pages on the Dev One Stop service have white backgrounds. Please keep the following exceptions in mind when designing your banners.

ADVERTISING IN THE NEWSLETTER

Ads in the Newsletter can be either HTML or Text. In addition, the Ad remains for three months in the archived copy of the Newsletter which is posted permanently to the Dev One Stop web site. These archives generate significant levels of traffic for many months at no additional cost to the advertiser.

Ad copy not to exceed 650 characters. 10 lines X 65 characters per line.

PAYMENT

• Payment from new advertisers must be received at least 7 days prior to the start date of the insertion order.

• Advertisers with prior account status must have payment delivered within 7 days after the start of any insertion order.

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

START PAGE TRAFFIC

Dev One Stop Start Page Program can deliver free targeted traffic to your website. Simply set your browser's start page to point to a special url that we send you when you sign up. That's it. So simple, but so effective. Every time you start your browser, it will load another member's page at random. Your page will be displayed to other members if you continue to use the special url as your browser start page.

If your link become inactive for more than 7 days then your page will not be displayed in the program to other members. Alternaively you can buy link time periods to ensure that your site continually gets hits in our powerful program.

LIMITATIONS

No advertising will be accepted from the following:

• Sites marketing information, products or services related to the sending of unsolicited email.
  
  
• Sites marketing information or services used in what is commonly referred to as the Spamming of search engines.
  
  
• Sites offering services or products that are prohibited by law in the United States and United Kingdom.
  
  
• Sites containing adult content or extensive links to adult content sites.
  

• Sites displaying advertising for adult content sites or products.
