  1. I am trying to print a document and the printer is not responding. What am I doing wrong?
    Firstly check there is power to the printer. Does the printer have any lights illuminated and is it switched online...Normally if the printer is online you will have a green power light. Please check your printer manual for precise details of printer status.

    Refer to your printer documentation to check whether the correct printer driver is installed for your printer. If in doubt contact the manufacturer of the printer.

  3. My machine has stopped responding, what should I do?
    It is quite likely that your machine has crashed. If you cannot close the application then try pressing the Reset button on your machine. This will reboot the computer and start your operating system again.
